Columbia, SC - Tutelage School Solutions is proud to announce the hiring of Alyssa Granados and Jill Kay as Regional Directors. In addition to supporting future initiatives, Granados and Kay will initially work directly in supporting two new schools opening this year within the Tutelage network: Libertas Academy Colleton in Walterboro, South Carolina and Cogito Academy in Lancaster, South Carolina.
Granados is a highly accomplished public affairs professional with a broad and versatile portfolio encompassing policy, business development, marketing, and management. Her extensive expertise spans corporations, consulting firms, political campaigns, and nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she served as the Chief of Staff at Forward Global, a leading international public relations and risk management firm, where she played a pivotal role in driving impactful strategies.
Prior to her tenure at Forward Global, Granados excelled as a political and financial consultant, contributing to high-profile initiatives and campaigns. Her nonprofit work includes roles at organizations such as GlobalWIN, a bipartisan platform fostering innovation, collaboration, and leadership among women passionate about driving change. Granados earned her degree in International Affairs from George Washington University. Her dynamic career reflects a steadfast commitment to delivering results and creating meaningful impact across industries by fostering both creativity and innovation.

Jill Kay is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with a strong track record of developing and executing impactful public relations campaigns, educational programs, and strategic initiatives. Most recently, she served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Wingate University in Wingate, North Carolina, where she played a pivotal role in advancing the university's brand and engagement efforts.
Before her tenure at Wingate University, Kay held the position of Chief of Staff at TeamCFA, a national network of public charter schools across North Carolina, Indiana, and Arizona, where she managed operations and strategy with a focus on educational excellence. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the First Lady of Indiana, overseeing key initiatives and communications at the state level. With her extensive leadership experience and expertise in strategic communication, Kay brings a unique perspective and proven results to every organization she serves.
Kay earned her degree in Journalism from Indiana University. Kay also has extensive community engagement experience, such as her time serving on the Board of Directors of Girls on the Run International, an organization that operates evidence-based programs that inspire girl empowerment by building confidence, kindness and decision-making skills.
